Why it holds up

The parts nobody photographs.

Anyone can hang a cabinet door. What decides whether a room still looks right in five years is the work that happens before it goes on.

Substrate first

We fix what is under it

Soft floor, bad drywall, a wall that is out of plumb — we deal with it before the tile or the cabinet goes on, not after. It is why an estimate takes a site visit instead of a phone call.

Set, then template

Counters measured off the real cabinet

The template comes after the base cabinets are in and levelled, never off a drawing. That is the difference between a countertop that sits flat and one with a gap at the wall.

Soft-close as standard

Hardware is not the upsell

Soft-close slides and hinges come as standard on the cabinetry we build and install. They are not an upgrade line on the estimate.

Every joint that meets a wall

Caulk, sand, then paint

Filling, sanding and priming happen before any colour goes on, and every joint gets caulked. It is slow, and it is the whole reason finish work either looks custom or looks homemade.

What it costs

You get the number before we start.

The thing people are most afraid of on a remodel is the price moving once the walls are open. Here is how we handle that.

  • Quoting is free We come out, measure, and look at the space. No charge, and no obligation to go ahead.
  • Fixed price, in writing You get a written scope and a single number before any work starts. It stays good for 30 days.
  • The price does not move What we quoted is what you pay. If you ask for something extra once we are underway, we price it and tell you before we do it.
  • Half to book, half at the end 50% books your dates and buys materials, and only after you have approved the design. The balance is due when the work is done.
  • Card and Klarna accepted Both add a 3.5% processing fee. Cash and check do not.

How it works

Four steps, and you always know which one you are on.

  1. 01

    Free estimate

We come out, measure, and write it up. You get a fixed price and a scope in writing, good for 30 days.

  2. 02

    50% deposit

Half up front books your dates and buys the materials. Nothing starts before you approve the design.

  3. 03

    We build it

One crew, every trade. Cleanup is included, and we tell you up front how long the room will be out of use.

  4. 04

    Balance on completion

The other half is due when the work is done — after you have walked it with us, not before.
